Custom Textile Installations for Interior Designers: What to Know

If you are an interior designer or art curator working on a high-end residential or hospitality project, you have probably reached a point where the space needs something that simply does not exist off the shelf. Something that feels made for that room, that client, that light.

That is exactly where custom textile installations come in — and where working with an artist directly makes all the difference.

It starts with your vision, not mine

The best collaborations happen when you come with a strong sense of what the space needs — even if you cannot quite articulate it yet. A mood, a reference image, a feeling you are going for. I work with that.

What I need from you to get started:

  • Dimensions of the wall or space and the textile art

  • The aesthetic direction of the project

  • Visual references if you have them — the more specific the better

From there I come back to you within 48 hours with an initial response and a clear path forward.

Everything you need to know before commissioning a custom textile installation for your next high-end residential or hospitality project.

Two ways to work together

Starting from my portfolio is often the smartest move for interior designers. If a design resonates with your project, we adapt it — scale, proportion, any adjustments needed to make it feel completely site-specific. Production sits around 5 weeks, which works well for most project timelines.

A fully bespoke piece is designed from scratch around your brief. This is the right choice when the project has a very specific concept or when the client wants something with no reference point anywhere else. Production takes 6 to 8 weeks from confirmation.

In both cases, your client gets a piece that is exclusive to their space — with a certificate of authenticity to match.

What you get beyond the piece itself

I know that as a designer, you are the one presenting this to your client. So everything I deliver is designed to make that easy for you.

Every commission comes with complete installation instructions, and care guidelines.

I ship worldwide, fully insured, with packaging designed to arrive in perfect condition.

Let's talk about your project

If you have a project in development and are looking for a textile installation that feels genuinely made for the space, I would love to hear about it. Browse the portfolio, share what catches your eye, or just tell me about the room.

I will take it from there.
